You guessed it; the ingredients you would require here are chicken (preferably boneless breast), tomatoes and olives. But apart from them you would also require onion, garlic cloves, parsley or oregano or any spice of your choice and some white wine. First heat a pan, add some olive oil and fry the chicken till they turn golden brown, and salt and pepper for seasoning. Once the chicken has been cooked, set it apart and prepare the sauce by frying onions, garlic, tomatoes and olives in the same pan. Now once the veggies are cooked, add the chicken and add a ¾ cup of white wine and simmer till the sauce thickens and the flavor combines with the chicken; Season with oregano or parsley, as per requirement.

The ingredients you would require to prepare the dish are carrots, onions, capsicum, black beans, tomato paste, chicken breasts, corn kernels, cheddar cheese, spices for garnishing and chili powder. Now add the tomato paste to the preparation and add the chili powder and cook until the sauce turns dark. The recipe takes hardly any preparation time that if you already have cleaned and cut mutton chops, you can just make this dish in a jiffy. The only ingredients you will require would be onions, Green peas (frozen) and mutton chops; and of course salt, curry powder, pepper, lemon and mint of flavor and seasoning. First marinate the lamb chops with curry powder, salt and pepper and heat them on a pan till they turn light brown. Now cook them in an oven at 400 Fahrenheit till they turn roasted brown. While your chops are getting roasted, heat the pan again and add the onion, green peas and mint and cook them till them form a nice paste. Finally serve both the lamb and Peas preparation together with some bread.

The ingredients you would require here would be Indian Basmati rice, Green peas, turmeric powder, onions and salt for taste. First soak the rice in water for 30 minutes before preparation. Now heat a bell shaped pan or a large frying bowl pan than can hold the rice, add the onions and green peas and cook till the onions turn golden brown. Add the rice and fry for some time, now add water to the preparation and allow the rice to boil. If you have added 1 cup of rice, 3 cups of water will be required. When the rice begins to boil, add the turmeric and salt and cook till the water evaporates. Mix the rice well, and you have your authentic Indian pulao ready.

Now there are two ways in which you can make spaghetti; you can either buy a readymade sauce from the grocery store or prepare the sauce yourself. But here let us try to work out a balance between them to make the preparation easier and tastier. First boil the spaghetti with salt and cook till it’s soft and has a bite to it. Now heat a pan, add some olive oil and add sliced garlic cloves, onions and some carrots till they turn soft. Now add some chopped tomatoes, and mash them gently in the pan till you get a thick sauce. Add the cooked spaghetti to the mix and add the readymade sauce and stir well till the flavors combine; season with grated cheddar cheese and oregano.

Similar to the pulao, the rice has to be soaked in water for 30 minutes prior preparation. Now heat a heavy bottomed pan, add some olive oil and cook the carrots, onions and garlic cloves till they turn soft. Now add the curry leaves and curry powder and cook until a fragrant smell arises. Add the rice to the paste and add water in 3:1 proportion and bring it to a boil. When the rice is half cooked, add the deveined shrimp to the rice and mix well and add required salt to taste. Close the pan with a lid and allow the rice and shrimp to cook. Once done, garnish it with some coriander and basil leaves.

The required ingredients for the dish would be minced meat (beef, chicken or lamb), onions, tomatoes, turmeric powder, Garam masala powder, chili powder, Ginger- Garlic paste, cumin powder and coriander powder. First heat the pan and add 3 teaspoons of oil, add the ginger garlic paste and onions and fry till the onions turn brown. Add the tomatoes and gently mash them till you get a saucy paste. Add the meat and a cup of water, and add a teaspoon of all the mentioned spiced powders and some salt and cook till the meat turns brown. But be careful not to let the meat turn too dark as the flavor will change if it does.

Translated – Mashed potatoes and peas curry, the dish can serve as both a snack and a main course meal. First boil the potatoes till they turn soft enough to be mashed and keep them aside. Heat a frying pan and add required amounts of oil and add ginger garlic paste, onions, green peas and chopped green chilies and fry till the onions turn brown. Now add the mashed potatoes, salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala and coriander powder and mix till the ingredients are spread out evenly. And there you have it, a perfect evening snack ready to eat.
